It's time I got caught up on commenting on your stories again, and it had been a while since rereading this one so it was an enjoyable read once again. Logan might not have got his feet tickled but the armpits and stomach are just as vulnerable so he suffered just as much, and sadly had to miss some of the hockey. At least Hank and Kurt showed some restraint and decency in keeping to the terms of their wager and not going after Logan's bare feet, though if either of them heard his comment about Twinkies I don't think the boots would protect him. It was rather unfortunate for him being subjected to a tag team of the blue furry mutants though, given they're both very agile, and capable of a combined total of nine potential tickle attacks at once taking into account they both have prehensile toes and Kurt has the tail, as well as Hank being more than strong enough to restrain Logan. It has to be a blow to his pride that he couldn't last even ten minutes though and that with Hank being so good natured he gave Kurt the last Twinkie anyway. With another box being found there could be trouble as well with the sugar rush and Hank and Kurt being rather bouncy to begin with. Though this time when they get to the real last Twinkie, maybe there would be a tickle fight for it instead and they'll both tire themselves out and leave Logan in peace to finish the hockey match. I think though with his luck those other possibilities he mentioned are more likely.
